20” x 16” oil painting on stretched canvas, depicting dramatic peach, pink and purple clouds as sun sets over the river. [Fourth in a series of four. From the artist: “Missing the sounds of children at play during the COVID pandemic, I found comfort in several dramatic sunsets that summer and Fall….sunsets which appeared to suggest children playing familiar games…almost as if Heaven was telling us not to worry, that happy times would come again. I was so inspired by these magnificent creations that I tried to capture the essence of the four in which I saw the clearest messages.”
